totally toddler

Whitney has been transitioning to the toddler room at daycare last week and this week. It has been going better than we could have ever anticipated...she is LOVING it. Yesterday she spent nearly the entire day with her new class...ate lunch at the "big kid" table and napped on a cot rather than in a crib.

Playing outside more often, group reading time, singing songs and playing with new friends has proven to be a lot of fun for her and the timing seems to be right. As her infant room teacher said...she hasn't looked back! Let's hope it continues to go well in the coming weeks.
