Our weekend started with Pete taking Hubert to the vet on Saturday morning due to a sore knee from being a little rambunctious outside. He is still recovering and is on pain meds, but is now gingerly walking on four legs rather than three.
Saturday afternoon we celebrated Owen's first birthday. Nothing is better than a one year old LOVING their first birthday cake:
Whitney watchedthe birthday boy enjoy his cake...I kept telling her that she had her chance but didn't take full advantage on her birthday.
To finish off the day we introduced Sadie, Joel and Noah to the Nook:
On Sunday, we spent the afternoon at grandma and grandpa's house. Erik, Sarah and Claire (my brother, sister-in-law and niece) arrived for a visit from Cleveland.
