For Whitney's five month pictures, we tried on her Halloweeen costume a little early. Go Gophers!

Update:
- Continues to sleep like a champ at night. Goes to bed around 7:30pm and wakes at 6:30am. Still working on naptime but it continues to improve
- Started on solid food - rice cereal and oatmeal. Definitely prefers the oatmeal. Getting ready to add veggies and fruit slowly. I am planning on making her baby food and started with squash and sweet potatoes.
- Rolls from back to tummy really well. Sometimes it seems she has forgotten how to roll from tummy to back. Enjoys sleeping on her right side and sucking her thumb. We never know in what position we will find her in the morning!
- Working on sitting up - ends up with her head in her feet most of the time
- Favorite book is "I Can Do Anything" - mainly because it crinkles and squeaks
- Smiles constantly. We have to work hard for a giggle, but it is worth it!
- Drools constantly (no teeth yet)
- Has moments when she gets a little "strange" when mom and dad are not in sight
- Likes bathtime and it seems to soothe her if she is having a cranky night
- Enjoys sitting in her Bumbo and playing with the toys dangling from her activity gym
- Losing some (a lot) of hair - mainly on the sides and back of her head
- Loves her dad and watches his every move
- Hubert can't get enough of her - the novelty has yet to wear off
- Mom and dad can't get enough, either. Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing her smile every morning. There is simply nothing that compares to the love we have for her.
